Prepare Members and Start Interaction -
In a group, there must be a person in charge of a situation, or of any kind of project the group is about to embark on. This person is called the leader, the person whom, everybody grants respect and trust to, whom everybody obeys his every command. As a leader with the power of authority, one must brief and prepare one's group for a certain group project or assignments. Interaction within group members is vital, for it enhances the group's stability in coordination and development of the group.
Maintain Effective Interaction -
The leader must monitor the group members' interaction. As the commanding chief, it is of one's part to firmly eliminate any talks or actions of idleness, and also, as for the member's part, to fully, and rightfully voice themselves out. This is to avoid any speculation of abuse of power.
Guide Through Agreed-Upon Agenda -
Being the head of the group, it is of one's part to direct members to relevant questions. It is to summarize group discussions, and then transits to another issue.
Ensure Member Satisfaction -
As means of ethical relationship between leader and follower, the leader must promise the needs of the members. Meet eye to eye with each members, understand their necessities and fulfill them. Other alternatives, is to be supportive and reinforcing.
Empower Group Members -
Raise other's self-esteem.
Share skills and decision-making power and authority
Be constructively critical. - Offer your perspective, and don't forget to take in theirs' too.
Encourage growth in all forms.
Encourtage Ongoing Evaluation and Improvement
Gradually, all groups will collide with obstacles when facing problems. Be that as it may, no problem comes without its solution. Members and Leader must work shoulder to shoulder, effectively.
Manage Conflict -
Leaders must be able to deal with conflicts with wise judgements, and well analyzed solutions.
This is to prevent anymore fights corrupt the serenity atmosphere of the group.
